
RESERVATIONS
- BAR LULU- Booking Policy:
- Standard Bookings: We ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 48 hours prior. For no shows or late cancellations, you will be subject to a fee of $40 per person that will be applied to the credit card on file.
- Private Dining Rooms 1 & 2 Bookings: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your booking date, with no-shows or late cancellations incurring a 50% charge of the quoted minimum spend to the credit card on file, while final guest numbers and dietary requirements must be confirmed 48 hours before the event, as the confirmed number will be the amount charged on the day.
- BAR LULU- PRIVATE EVENTS- Bookings: Cancellation must be made within the cancellation policy stated within your particular event agreement to avoid any fees.
- Service Charges: Group Bookings of 8 guests or more will be subject to a 10% service charge.
- Surcharge: ** 10% surcharge for bookings made on Sundays and 15% surcharge for bookings made on Public Holidays**
- Credit Card Surcharge: Please note that a credit card transaction fee will apply, depending on the card type.
